Scott broadcasts across the linkshell that he has put up a Contract board for all those who wish to ask for help and anyone can respond.

(The idea for this is to implement RP from here to in game so if you fancy just meeting up with some of the guys and girls on the linkshell you.could just make up a RP plot with a time place to meet. Or if you are stuck our want to do a raid or trail or anything you can put it here.)
