Ul'teah a Miqo'te of half breed, his mother a Keeper, his father a Seeker of the Ul' tribe. The boy is known to carry a locket with him, which allows him to maintain a High Aetheric potential due to the rune engraved Lacrima it bares catalysing his magicks based off his motivation and feelings, naturually thas can have some sever side effects that can lead to fatal circumstances.
The Frostheart was gifted to him by his mother in her will, it is unknown how she died, but those within Ul’s bloodline have lacked Aetheric potential on his mothers side, the Frostheart was the answer to such, it is fueled of the passion of the individual, Ul’ used his family to drive him, and one day met Zahck’ra who unlocked the true potential buried within his heart. Zahck'ra shared the burden of the locket, sharing his own Aether with the pink haired one, but this led Zahck'ra to crave power, and he faded into obscurity.
The Miqo'te is a scarred one, his "gift" was easy to maintain until the downfall he suffered losing Zahck'ra and the Free Company he lead into battle when he ultimately suffered a near death experience selfishly searching for the truth behind his past. Such events have lead him to toy with those he meets, only those who understand his unique perspective can get close to him, although his friends may not be plentful, they are loyal.
Ul finds emotional pain to be the most fearful, as his locket inflicts it upon his Aetheric being as damage, it reacting to his feelings, due to this he has become a very cold individual, right now he plans his next move within the Maelstrom, hoping for a better tomorrow, and to one day be reunited.
